Our QUICK PAY CLAIM PROGRAM enables us to settle claims and provide payments to our insureds within an impressive timeframe of 24-48 hours. Our ultimate goal is to not only meet but exceed expectations, ensuring a swift and empathetic resolution to every claim.



We never expect to file a property claim, they can be tough situations for you and your family to go through. With our MEMBER CARE PROGRAM if you suffer an insured loss requiring you to leave your home for a minimum of seven nights:
- We will provide up to $250 per household member for trauma counseling.
- Any loss triggering the Additional Living Expense coverage will be enhanced
by providing the insured with $250 in gift cards of their choice, to be used for
family activities such as dinners a movie night spa, etc. - We will provide you with $500 for the restoration of personal photographs or
videos damaged from an insured loss. - We will provide a claim satisfaction guarantee where we will honour our
promise in the settlement of your claim, or we will refund your premium. - If you suffer a total loss, we will forgive your deductible.
- Our claims team will ensure you are provided with a written plan for outlining
the process you can expect, during the claim process.
