Our Unique Member Care Program

At Stanley Mutual Insurance, we understand that filing a home insurance claim can be stressful and emotional for you and your family. That’s why our Member Care Program goes beyond the standard coverage, providing support when it’s needed most.

If you experience an insured loss that requires leaving your home for seven nights or more, we provide:

  • Trauma counseling – up to $250 per household member to help your family cope with the emotional impact.

  • Family activity support – $250 in gift cards to enjoy dinners, movies, spa visits, or other activities to reconnect and recharge during your time away.

  • Photo and video restoration – up to $500 to restore cherished family memories damaged in a loss.

  • Claim satisfaction guarantee – if we don’t honour our promise in settling your claim, we will refund your premium.

  • Deductible forgiveness – for total loss situations, we will waive your deductible.

  • Guided claims process – our claims team provides a written plan outlining each step so you know what to expect.
