Here’s how you can report your claim:

Reporting a loss during business hours

If you need to report a claim during our normal business hours (8:30am – 4:30pm), please contact your local Stanley Mutual Office directly or call our head office at 1-800-442-9714 and you’ll be directed to your local office.

Reporting a non-urgent claim

For any non-urgent claims, please fill out the form below. A Stanley representative will reach out to you shortly to help resolve your inquiry. We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you!

    Reporting a loss after business hours
